Power Hope & Grace Bible Church adopts Detroit Park

PHGBC adopted Harry Laker Park as a community development initiative in Detroit. Mayor Duggan allocated resources through the Detroit General Services Department to improve city services and achieve operational efficiencies by consolidating support functions from various agencies. PHGBC committed to maintaining the park in order to keep the park open for community members.
